EASY BREAKFAST PARFAIT

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 cups plain coconut yogurt
  • 2 cups of fruit (fresh, frozen, dehydrated, dried, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Blend granola in a food processor.
  2. Spoon alternating layers of non-dairy yogurt, granola, and fruit.
  3. That's it.
